No Returns or Exchanges

All our products are made to order. For this reason, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please make sure to carefully check the size guide and product details before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue, send us an email including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost. Refunds are generally not issued for damaged or defective items unless a replacement is not possible.
